EVO Prime Capital Limited, Mauritius
EVO Prime Capital Limited is a licensed Investment Advisor in Mauritius. Our offering caters to clients for the following services:
Asset Custody
The Company will provide bespoke safekeeping services to its international clients in collaboration with tier-one banking institutions in Mauritius. It will hold a global account in its name. Each client will open a dedicated and fully segregated subaccount within the global account. The Company will hold the client’s assets on their behalf. The safekeeping service offered by the Company is strictly a custody service, designed to ensure that clients’ assets are securely stored, while providing a high level of discretion and anonymity. While safeguarding the privacy of clients, the Company guarantees full compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks and legal obligations, including KYC procedures and due diligence. Through their sub-accounts, clients can invest in a wide range of international listed securities supported by a top-tier execution process and reporting system. Clients can also invest in non-listed securities and illiquid investments, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
Investment Execution
Execution-only services provided by the Company are strictly limited to the execution of trades, without any advisory role or guidance on the merits or risks of the investments. The Company will have limited power of attorney (restricted to buying and selling securities) on behalf of the client on their account held at the bank. Alternatively, the Company will perform the same activity on the client’s subaccount within the global account as described under Asset Custody Services (above).
Investment Discretionary
In the Discretionary Investment Advisory service, the Company will take a more autonomous role in managing the client’s portfolio and providing non-binding professional advice. Investment decisions are made at the discretion of the Company, based on extensive market research and the client’s risk profile and long-term objectives. This service is designed for clients who prefer to delegate day-to-day investment decisions to professional advisors, allowing the Company to act swiftly and efficiently while always adhering to the agreed-upon mandate. While the Company has discretion over individual investment choices, the service is not focused on short-term trading but on building a balanced portfolio that meets the client’s long-term investment goals. For Discretionary Investment Advisory, the Company will provide updates on the portfolio’s performance and allocation. These updates will keep clients informed of the portfolio’s progress without requiring their input on individual investment decisions. The Company’s investment committee and research team continuously monitor market conditions to identify the best opportunities within the parameters set by the client. The Company will have limited power of attorney (allowing the company to buy and sell securities on a discretionary basis) on behalf of the client on their account held at the bank. Alternatively, the Company will perform the same activity on the client’s subaccount within the global account as described under the Asset Custody Service.
