Mr. Micca Ferrero is a Swiss business lawyer and entrepreneur based in the Principality of Monaco since 2010. He graduated in Law from the University of Neuchâtel (2002), obtained an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Geneva (2006), and passed the bar exam in Lugano (2009). From 2008, he served as Associate and Counsel with PSM Law in Lugano (now Kellerhals Carrard), a leading Swiss firm.With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, financial analysis, software engineering, operations, and decision analysis, Brandon has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand entrepreneurs’ businesses and craft the most suitable solutions.
In 2010, he founded Ferrero Law Firm in Lugano, a practice specialized in business law. Later that year, after relocating to Monaco, he established Ferrero Counsel, an advisory firm focused on business matters, residency, and transactions in Monaco. Since 2012, Mr. Ferrero has founded and presided over several licensed financial companies in Switzerland, Monaco, Dubai, and Mauritius, providing wealth management, family office, and professional trustee services to UHNW families. Leveraging his legal expertise, advisory experience, and international network, he has initiated and managed multiple ventures, building a transnational portfolio across financial markets, private equity, real estate, and other sectors.
